Any information collected is used only by us and our affiliated companies to contact consumers for marketing and related purposes. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses on-line may receive telephone or e-mail contact from us regarding special promotions, new products and services or upcoming events.

  1. We will not sell your personal information to other parties.

TutorQuick does not disclose any personal information to outside parties. We have appropriate security measures in place to safeguard against unauthorized access to the personal information collected at our web site, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as electronic security systems and password protections.

What about the collection of information by third parties?

Our web site contains links to web sites not maintained by TutorQuick.com. Although we do our best to ensure that such web sites maintain the highest standards for privacy policy, the privacy and data collection practices on any linked web sites are entirely separate from TutorQuick and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy Guidelines

If you are under age 13, a law called the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) says that we must have a parent's permission before we may collect and use your personal information. We will need this permission before we are able to create an account for you or provide you with any tutoring. Note to parents of children under the age of 13: If you desire, you may request that we delete this information and/or specify that we collect no more of your child's information. Please note that we will need to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child to ensure that the person is in fact the child's parent or legal guardian, and that a request for us to delete all personal information about a child may require us to cancel the child's tutoring account.

  • We do not collect online contact information directly from children. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for other purposes.
  • We do not distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information without prior parental consent.
  • We do not give the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent.
  • We try to avoid providing access to any web sites which request personal information such as emails or addresses of the users.

    HTML e-Mail

TutorQuick may include web beacons in HTML-formatted email messages (messages that include graphics) that we, or our agents, send in order to determine which email messages were opened and to note whether a message was acted upon.
