Tutor Selection Procedure is as follows:Applicants would be required to go through the following rounds of interview: Telephonic Interview
Online interview to test the subject knowledge, communication skills, voice and accent.
Online Test to test the subject knowledge.
before finally being qualified as tutor with TutorQuick. The interview is to test your communication, subject knowledge, teaching style and computer proficiency. For online interview voice messenger we use is Skype, which can be downloaded from www.Skype.com Once through you'd be required to attend an ‘Online Training' program in which you'd be trained on the process of online tutoring. Selected candidates would be informed about the online training schedule. Like online interview, online training program can be attended from the comfort of your homes. Selected candidates have to provide documents certifying their educational qualifications, Residence Proof. Technical Requirements:PC with 300 MHz processor or better.
128 MB RAM or better.
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista or Mac Operating System.
Broadband Internet Connection – Minimum 56K minimum data speed.
Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Mozilla 1.6 or higher.
A PC ready headset (earphones and microphone).
Digital writing tablet (Must be purchased after selection). Professional Qualifications:Graduate or above.
Exceptional communication and teaching skills.
Sound knowledge of the tutoring subject(s).
Willingness to work night hours from home (Min 3 hours/day, Max 8 hours/day).
